New Members Team

Mission Statement:

As new members begin their walk with Christ, we strive to be a source of encouragement to help them keep the faith, through God’s Holy Word and personal contact.

Purpose Statement:

We welcome new members to our church family through prayer and talking with them to help them feel more comfortable by inviting and informing them of our Weekly Services and Various Ministries. Rev. David L. Johnson prepares our candidates for Baptism by ensuring they understand what Baptism is and by leading them in prayer.

Scripture:  John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
