Sis. Faye Kelly has been a member of the St. Paul Baptist Church Family since August 1993.  She is married to Bro. Oscar Kelly also an active member along with their daughters Mellanie and Lori. She is a member of the Sanctuary Choir, Adult Bible study and participates in our annual Vacation Bible School.  Sis.
